Black and blue short-sleeved dress by Desigual. Deep scoop neck. *Belt loops, but no belt *Light pilling throughout Armpit to armpit is 16" across, shoulder to hem is 39" long. Tag says size L, but listing as size S. -PLEASE REFER TO ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS TO BE SURE OF FIT.
