Desigual sparkly embroidered knit tunic

Not sure what the measurements are on this or the fabric content. The tag was removed. I will provide measurements below. It’s beautiful but it doesn’t fit me. Pit to pit 17” can stretch up to 18.5” Waist 17” can stretch up to 19” 26.5” length I think depending on how tall you are this could be worn as a dress or a tunic.
