EUC full length pants from Desigual tagged 28, the waist flat Is 15 inches with no stretch the pants themselves are stretchy, though not super stretchy. fabric tag removed, but probably a poly/spandex blend and maybe some viscose as they have texture and substance back pockets inseam 30 inches rise 9 inches
