Dex Dress

Black high-low dress with thin straps and off the shoulder details. There is a tie on the front that makes it look like a wrap dress, but the tie is fixed in place. Super cute on! Picture shows the length and how the off the shoulder pieces sit. I am 5’9” for reference.
