Dex Dress with stunning Blue Pattern

Light and flowy with a ruffle type design at hem and sleeves that end in a not constricting elastic. p2p is 24" and length is 38.5". I wore it once as a 2X so am listing as that as it was a generous 2 even though tag says 1X. 100% polyester.
