@kristen_lasby about 23”, but tricky to measure because of the dolman sleeves. Added a picture
It fits as a true extra small

@tannilyn I think it’s in excellent condition, probably hasn’t been worn. Hard to be sure though because the fabric is intentionally distressed/faded
