bohoinbaja @cowgurl31 Hi there! Its 100% rayon and the lining is 100% cotton. The bodice is very ruched so it has tons of give but is technically 18-19” unstretched to about 24” It truly is such a beautiful dress. Pictures simply don’t do it justice.
