Diamond and Sapphire Cocktail Ring in 18k Gold

Stunning 18 karat yellow gold swirls around a cluster of diamonds enveloping a single sapphire. This ring is a size 7 3/4 but can be easily resized up or down. The single sapphire has great color and is 2.3 mm. The diamonds total approximately .25 cts and are eye clean. The intricate gold work reminds me of a starfish.
