Diamond ring from peoples jeweller's

It's a silver promise ring with more than 20 diamonds with point 0.20 carats, doesn't know the approximate amount of diamonds. I can check if anybody wants more details. I bought it last year from peoples jeweller's. I have the box and receipt with it. The size of the ring is 5.
