Diane Von Furstenberg Heels Size 9.5?

No size tag, they are about 8 1/4 inches long if I measure flat on the ground beside them, and 9 3/4 inches long if I put the measuring tape inside the shoe and hold it diagonally. Just under 3.5 inches wide at the widest point under the toes. The heels are scratched. My guess is size 9.5 because I'm a size 9 and I have extra room in them, although I didn't stand up in them because I was worried about falling🤣
