Dimensions Mother and Child Birth Record Crewel Kit #1017, vintage 1978 unopened

This Dimensions Crewel stitchery kit #1017 is titled "Mother and Child Birth Record" and dated 1978. Unopened package which includes the printed canvas, yarn and instructions. Needle is supposed to be included but as it is not visible I cannot guarantee this. There are several small punch holes in the plastic wrapper. Finished piece measures 14x18 inch. Frame not included.
