NWT Long Layered T Blue and white dip dyed Base layer has a ruffled lower section Top layer has long overlapping sections, split down center front and back Silky poly-cotton blend with a crinkle finish Sleeves are more like T shirt fabric and are 1/2 - 3/4 length Approx measurements: 16.5” across shoulders 21” pit to pit 29” shoulder to hem of inner part 37” shoulder to longest outer part Labelled M but I think it fits larger Quite a voluminous garment, would look great over skinny jeans or leggings with high heeled boots.
