prices are based on historical sales, comps, storage type, restoration fees & labor, cost to acquire from collection, condition, market availability & more. 95% of closet has been acquired from private collector or my personal private collection. Most items are in excellent condition and have been cared for by original owner or myself. Less than 3% of listings are thrifted. Those items come from local upscale shoppers that take great care in what they offer. That being said, used items will NOT be in perfect condition. We may miss flaws. Please see descriptions, zoom in on pictures, and ask questions before purchase. Most prices are firm, but some reasonable offers may be considered. We will not consider any offers more than 25% off price listed. Lower offers will not be entertained at all. Prices are not compared to what you have found at local discount stores, current store sales, etc. By visiting this closet you are agreeing to be respectful and not make comments concerning how I do business. I am not new to this, prices are fair and adjusted if errors are found. Sometimes I don't know original price of item. But I can estimate by comparing to prices I do know.
