Disco glam cold shoulder top M Forever21

Glam cold shoulder top size Medium Slightly sheer, adjustable spaghetti straps, and adorable black velvet ribbons at the wrist. There is a tiny tiny thread pull, barely noticeable, otherwise good condition. (Price reflects) Missing fabric tag but probably a poly blend, very light almost sheer, no stretch. I’m excited to clean out my closet and I’m also excited that we’re keeping things out of the landfill! Non-smoking but cat-friendly household. (May be slightly wrinkly from storage.)
