Disney Little Mermaid "Storytime With Ariel" Sericel w/COA 5000 limited edition

frame has some marks but print is in very good shape matt is also in great shape and has a very cool cutout on it - no certificate but there is an envelope where it presumably was. It came with a medium sized Disney collection and all items appeared authentic.
