nouveaux_riches @christinad55 Hello! Hanging naturally, the hips measure~ 21” across, but there is lots of room; laid flat, I measured a maximum 34” across at the hips.

nouveaux_riches @christinad55 The length from the waist to the skirt hem is 21”; this length would be about knee-length on an average-height woman. I’m 5’2”, and the skirt falls just blow my knees.
