This is a Disney parks women’s Minnie mouse striped sun hat. It is listed as a Disney adult 57 cm. It is red with white polkadots and black and white lines. There is a Minnie mouse red polkadot bow at the back which has Velcro underneath and is how you adjust the size of the sun hat. The Velcro shows no signs of wear.
