So cute - i literally bought this in the mall years ago from Fairweather. It is the perfect top for layering under a corset or vest, or even a swim suit or wear it with a bright bra or sports bra underneath. Its made of nylon and spandex. The perfect cool top for goths in the summer 😆 nice change from fishnet tops. stretchy with 3/4 length sleeves.
