Pattern includes instructions on how to paint the floral design on the decorative metal tray. Pattern has creasing from storage but is unused. Decorative tray is approx. 8 1/2" x 11" x 1". Pre-owned but unused: metal tray has a few small scratches to matte black primed surface, glossy back surface has chips/scratches to surface from storage.
