Divine Logic Ponte Skirt with belt loops

In excellent used condition, no signs of wear. Loved wearing this with a cute chain belt when I fit it. Purchased new in 2009 and worn a handful of times to the office. Measurements as shown in photos - lots of stretch to it, fit onto size 10 model Waist: 16 1/2” Hips: 19” Length: 23”
