Divine & delicate 18K vintage feather brooch signed Unoaerre

This truly lovely piece was created by the Italian jewellers Unoaerre, whose fascinating 90+ year history (incuding how they chose their unique name) can be found at: https://www.unoaerre.it/en/who-we-are/ It comes from the collection of a friend's mother and likely dates back to the 60s or before, but I can't be sure. Measuring 2-1/4 inches long, it features exceptionally fine detailing on the feather and the ribbon at its base. Some of the shafts are slightly "feathered", and I think this is intentional (they could be carefully straightened, if you wish). It is marked 750 (for 18K) and the symbol and name of the company, written as Uno-A-Erre. The name is exceptionally tiny, and I couldn't make out all the letters even with a jeweller's loupe. But I had enough information to eventually track the company down. I love when my jewelry detective skills pay off! This piece is in excellent condition, with very sharp details, a secure clasp and miniscule scratches that won't affect wear or appearance. (t)
