Hi @resa54 measuring all the way around on the inside when the laces are tight is 11.5 inches (29 cm) approximately. With the laces more loose 12 inches (30.5 cm) maybe a little more.
They are a gorgeous pair of boots and I wish they fit me better but I have a wide foot and pretty good calf muscle haha, so I need something that has more elastic then the leather and suede. Hope this helps!

@beetle_boutique I would say it’s maybe 1.5-2 inches guessing, it’s not a very high heel. But I can measure later today for the exact height!

@beetle_boutique the heel height looking at it from the side is around 2 inches - 2.25 inches. Hope this helps. I also added a few more pictures of the measurements.
