becky_caulford Good morning! Can you please tell me more about the length? 45” total, does that start at the shoulder seam? Does it include the hem ruffle? When you had it hemmed, did they hem the ruffle, or the skirt and then reattach the ruffle? Thanks so much!

sheilatu @becky_caulford hi! so I remeasured the length and 45" is from the top of the back neck of the dress (if you start at the collar) down to the hem, including the ruffle. When I had it hemmed, them hemmed the skirt and reattached the original ruffle to keep the style of the dress. Hope this helps! let me know if you have any other questions!
