@poshkscloset Hi I'm so sorry, I took a long hiatus and didn't see this. 18 inches, roughly. It's hard to get an exact measurement but this might be more useful: it will fit best on a person whose head is just barely too big for a child's hat, especially if you have a lot of hair. It's really small.
