Dog Life Jacket XS

Worn a handful if times, puppy was still growing so don't fit anymore. Washed and removed as much stain as possible without being to harsh on the soft material. Other then some slight stains in excellent condition. Says up to 19", my dog is 18" now and it's too small. I would say up to 17" Girth.
