Dog winter coat

bought and shouldn't of to small. this is made for a small dog I have a king Charles Cavalier spaniel male hes big boned. we did buy the xl was to big bought the large it was ok but only wore maybe 3 times was to small for him. measures on neck to bottom 15.5 in length under belly where velcro wraps under belly total width on that is 27" wide
