Dolce and Gabbana black sleeveless dress

I love this dress! Bought it a few years ago from Winner’s The Runway.. have never worn it as it’s just a little too big. No size/material tags however pretty sure it’s wool with gorgeous silk leopard print lining . It has side seam pockets too! Satin ribbon belt. Measures 19inches from armhole to armhole across the front, 17 inches across at the waist, 40 1/2 inches from back neck to bottom. (So likely a 42 or 44?)
