Donald J Pliner Loafers

Donald J Pliner burgundy shoes. These shoes are pre-loved and in great condition. There is some wear inside the show but doesn’t comprise the shoe. The stitching is a different colour in one area that is noticeable. I don’t know how this can be fixed?? There are leather upper and the soles are in excellent condition. Size 9.
