Sadly I am too tall for these, which is a cry shame. Yes! REAL stretch suede leather leggings in a deep dark slate grey. Your measurements will be; Waist 31" Hip 41" Upper thigh circumference 23" Front rise 10" Inseam 28 3/4" Ankle circumference 9" They do have wear, but amazingly have no worn crease lines anywhere. The suede is soft & stretchy free from any staining or imperfections. Inside is clean, no smells. I have lightly sprayed the inside down with white vinegar & let them hang to dry. They are clean.
