I ship to Canada and US. 4. I cannot guarantee delivery dates - once I ship the puzzle, it's out of my hands. Shipping services will handle it according to their timelines. Generally, it takes about 4-10 business days within Canada, 4-8 business days to US. Sometimes packages are delayed at customs, although that has not been frequent in my experience. 5. I do not offer returns, exchanges or expedited shipping. 6. Most puzzles come in their original box.
