Dots Vibrant Blue Cowl Neck Top

Beautiful blue top from Dots. Very long, can be worn as blouse with all the ruching pulled up on top or, for someone shorter and braver than me, pulled down as a mini skirt bodycon dress. Neckline is very attractive low cowl neck, can be shaped a bit to your preference. Size listed as 2XL but I would consider more of an XL, pit to pit measurement of 23 inches. Very stretchy material.
