Dottie Midi Dress

The perfect Fall dress! Black with lots of multicoloured dots, light ruffle detailing, and a lovely (but tasteful) slit on the side. There is a prett tie detail on the nape of the neck, an eleastoc waistband, and the arms have comfortable stretch too!
