Lady Dutch. Double breasted black jacket. One side of bottoms is just decorative and has only one button inside to keep it closed. The other side of buttons are functional. Hip length. 3/4 length sleeves. Ruffled sleeve hem. 100% cotton. No belt. Size XL.
