This is a white and black tweed dress with a double breasted closure, pockets, and a ruffle hem skirt. It is a v-neck with snap button enclosures and long sleeves. This dress is brand new (with tags) from Saturday Club. More features: - Brand new with tags - I am usually between a small and medium, and this dress fit perfectly.
