Douglas cuddle toys plush Lulu Gray Hippo ballerina 9" Plush- FACTORY ERROR ARM . Approximately 9 inches in size. The left arm looks to have been put on the wrong way from when it was made. This is a unique factor error. The left arm doesn't sit properly in sync with the right arm it sticks out instead of sitting properly. See photos.
