Dr. Liza heels are orthopedic heels designed by a Dr. In Toronto, Ontario Canada. There is a back of heel taped in so my foot would not slip out. Can be removed. I never wore them outdoors ever. I wear size 6 usually. Rockport heels I wore a 5. These are similar hence why I got size 5.
