It is officially-licensed Doctor Who merchandise. It is made of ceramic and is hand painted, not safe for the dishwasher or microwave. It measures approximately 4 1/2" tall. 4 1/2" wide, 5 1/2" handle to nose and holds 11fl.oz. The condition is very good.
