New in box. I was going to use this, plugged in and charged it up. Opened up a cartridge and looked at the heads and decided I can't work myself up to do it. One unopened head sealed. One opened head not used!!! Suppose to be great but I purchased on a whim 💁🏻‍♀️😂😬
