Drape style Lanvin dress with gold chains

fantastic dress as far as I can tell the label says it's a size 38, its definitely a size Large. measurements in photos lovely condition, the chains are all different sizes and it's such a cool thing. Lanvin was sold to a chinese company so as far as I know that's why it's made in China?!
