bestbs Is the waist size (24 in) with the elastic stretched out laid out flat or is that the width around the waist with the elastic not stretched out?

myracir_styleca @bestbs it is the width around the waist with the elastic not stretched out, so the laying flat measurement would be 12". The chest measurement for the top is laying flat - i realize now that I should have done it the same way for the pants and the top
