Dress (Purchased in South Korea)

Cute & unique navy dress with fish pattern and a silky slip underneath. Was bought new in a Korean boutique without tags. If I had to guess it would be either a big small or a smaller medium. Elastic in sleeves and below bust. Would fit a smaller person with a larger bust. Would guess the material is polyester and would recommend washing in cold water and hang dry. Size Small/Medium (33.75” x 10.75” but will stretch with elastic) Selling because it no longer suits my style. Measurements provided as courtesy, approximate and not a guarantee of fit.
