Dress Shirt NWOT

Black with very short sleeves almost to the armpits it’s very sleek looking nice cool material especially for summertime or workplace with a nice sweater or dress jacket it does have kinda like a ruffle 5 of them 1 row across the blouse I’m not sure if you can see it in the picture wore it twice and now doesn’t fit
