Dress , navy blue

Reposhing this item I purchased from @rheadedeene. Loved it, but it turned out to be a little bit too big for me. I bounce between a size 8 and a size 10 usually, and this waist in this dress is baggy on me. The dress, however, is beautiful and tags are still on! Questions? Leave a comment below!
