@tashatylka i checked the Dress the Population size chart (which you can fit on their website) and it says fits size 2/4 or bust 34, waist 26, hips 36.5. I've never worn this bc I have a large cup size.

@tashatylka The colour is called "ice blue", and I'd say that's accurate. It's definitely a shimmery, silvery, very pale blue.
