Dress the Population Ice Blue "Harper" Sequin Gown

LOVE this upscale dress but sadly it’s too tight in my ribs! Please see Dress the Population website to calculate your size. In my opinion it fits a size 1/2 and I’m a 2/4. Brand new and never worn. Silver with very very slight blue hue to it. Price is firm, thanks.
