Dress the population royal blue dress

Ok this dress is literally my favorite. I’m only selling it because it doesn’t fit me anymore. It’s so incredibly flattering and absolutely gorgeous in person. I hope someone else gets to love it, too! Please excuse the bathroom mirror pic - it’s the only photo I had that showed the dress when it fit me! Reposhing this item I purchased from @lori_aginian.
