Dress with Straps (Oak + Fort) Blue Print, Medium

Oak + Fort dress with straps (white flowers in blue background). Very cute and romantic, but the dress is made for people with smaller chests. I love this dress and would have loved to keep it but the side zipper does not go up for my larger chests. I only wore it once at home. It is brand new. The dress sits maxi for shorter people like myself (5'3), and midi for taller people.
