Dress with Tie Detail

This breezy dress is perfect for your next big event! It has wide sleeves and a cute tie detail in the back. There is a slight pull at the seam in the back (pictured) but it is not noticeable when the dress is on (see video). Hardly worn and in great condition! Fits like a maxi dress on me (5’1).
