Brand new! No, it doesn't have the tags on. My BF removed them BUT you can tell from the texture and the tags inside that it's never been worn. You can see that there is zero friction on this jacket. Still even has the extra pouch of snap buttons in the pocket. Authentic. Made in Italy.
