sassysusiedress @amygallant98 Hi Amy, sorry for the delay. I shipped the dress out on 27 dec and got a receipt from Canada Post. This is the first time that I don’t see any tracking update after the item is shipped. I contacted Canada Post on 31 Dec and they opened an investigation ticket. I’m still waiting to hear back from Canada Post. In the meantime, could you please also contact Poshmark Customer Service? I reached out to Poshmark, but hasn’t got a reply yet.
